Core Competences
Mathias is an entrepreneur and expert in Renewable Energies with a focus on Solar PV technologies since 1990. He is the founder of Syntegra Solar, which he started in 2001. Prior to his engagement with Syntegra he developed his expertise in various senior management positions as well as working as a top management consultant; his skills cover strategy development and execution, new business development and PV/RE project development, management of technology innovation, marketing and corporate communications.

Experience
30 years of senior management positions in Automotive (BMW), RE/Solar (Siemens Solar), Aviation (Lufthansa, DFS), as well as senior consultancy with Lufthansa Consulting and Syntegra Strategy & Corporate Development. Mathias was responsible for international cross-cultural coordination of strategic business entities in multinational corporations.
Mathias is founder and chairman of TONA Syntegra Solar, HCMC/Vietnam, a leading EPC firms for C&I PV Rooftop Power Projects. Syntegra Solar focuses on C&I PV Rooftop Power Systems and PV-Biogas Hybrid Systems. Syntegra Solar also centres on OES and LTAS for very large PV power plant projects. as is Syntegra Solar Arabia (Abu Dhabi and Dubai).

Hans-Dieter Westphale migrated 45 year ago from Germany to South-East Asia and lived most of his life in Thailand, where he enjoys the reputation as a much sought-after advisor and a highly respected business leader.
Hans, since his early years, developed an interest in sustainable practices, specifically renewable energies; in 2005 he founded ReTech Energy Co. Ltd, in Bangkok.
ReTech has emerged as the Biogas Power Systems industry leader, with a spotless reputation as a most reliable and trustworthy business partner, known for its deep technology expertise and rich experience as well as an unparalleled commitment to top quality in products and services delivered to the Thai market.
ReTech and Syntegra Solar collaborated for years in Renewable Energy Projects, namely in Solar-Biogas Hybrid Power Systems as well as Commercial & Industrial Rooftop Power Systems, having developed close ties, they are much engaged for instance in the acclaimed Thai “Energy for All” program.
Hans currently serves as the acting Interim Managing Director of Syntegra Solar Thailand.
Sasiwimon is an accomplished Business Development Manager, with a background in R&D and Technology Innovation in Automotive, Chemical, and Energy Industries.
Sasiwimon recently joined the Syntegra Solar Thailand Team, as Head of the Thailand office, responsible for Marketing Communications, Customer Relationship Management, and New Business Development.

Edgar is best known as the first Photovoltaic Blogger and founder of the GUNTHER Portfolio Blog in 2006. Since joining Syntegra Solar, he has applied and extended his technology and business expertise to the development, engineering, installation, and maintenance of solar PV projects ranging from commercial rooftops to utility-scale ground mount systems. Edgar is based in Southeast Asia and the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) EPC Joint Venture, Tona Syntegra Solar JSC, in Vietnam.

Rainer focuses on project and quality management for both the new construction and redevelopment of PV Power Plants of any size. PV/RE
Since 2009, Rainer has experience in all aspects of photovoltaic projects including technical and commercial due diligence, project development, project leadership, owners engineering, and operational functions, for rooftop and ground mounted PV Systems. Rainer has multicultural experience working with teams in Germany, Spain, Italy, the Philippines, Iran and Vietnam.
